REALIZED COORDINATION MEETINGS WITHIN THE PROJECT: “IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CRC IN MACEDONIA”
Which methodology will be implemented and which results are expected from the research process within the project “Implementation of the CRC in Macedonia”?
That was discussed, in the period of July – August, in the meetings with the research team working on the project. On the 24th of August, in the headquarters of Coalition SEGA, Prilep, 14 local coordinators, representatives of Youth Council Prilep, IMKA – Bitola, Fokus – Resen, Youth Council Ohrid, Local Democracy Agency – Struga, Interkultura – Skopje, Vrama si – Kumanovo, Youth farmers network – Vinica, ZONA – Kavadarci, Community Development Institute – Tetovo, Center for sustainable community development – Debar, Association for democracy initiatives – Gostivar, Youth club Stip and Youth Council Forca – Gevgelija reviewed all oncoming activities within the project.
Coalition SEGA implements the project “Implementation of CRC in Macedonia” in the period of 01 July – 31 December 2010, with financial support of Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation.

NEW COORDINATION ACTIVITIES AND DIRECTIONS FOR PROJECT SUCCESS
Aiming to the success of the project, new coordination work directions were appointed to the local coordinators of the partner organizations from Strumica (Youth Council Strumica), Delcevo (Youth Council Delcevo), and Kavadarci (ZONA Kavadarci), and the secretary of LSG Delcevo, on the meeting organized on the 03rd of August 2010 in the central office of the Coalition of youth organizations SEGA in Prilep.
The project team discussed the specific activities that have to be implemented in order to achieve the objective of the project “Councils of youth in the Local Self-Governments” and for the time table of the implementation of those activities as well.
Regarding to the successful implementation of the project activities terms of references were appointed to the local coordinators, emphasizing the dynamics of realization of the project activities for the first two months period.
The period during August, the Coalition of youth organizations SEGA was, active in the field of organizing other meetings, aiming to follow the time table for the implementation of the project activities.
Therefore, the Coalition of youth organizations SEGA, intensively organized meetings with the Mayor of the municipality of Kavadarci (04 August); Mayor of the municipality of Delcevo (10 August) and with the President of the Municipal Council of Strumica (10 August 2010), because of the necessity and key actions for the implementation of the project “Councils of youth in the Local Self-Governments”.
